SILENT AUCTION 2009

 LET THE BIDDING BEGIN, VISIT US IN ROCHESTER!

DON’T MISS OUT!  

The Silent Auction is almost here, it will begin on Tuesday, December 8th and conclude on Wednesday evening, December 9th. The Silent Auction will offer a variety of higher-priced items this year in Rochester! Next week, on Tuesday and Wednesday make sure you come to the Silent Auction room to view this year’s variety. Items are donated from all across the state.  

 Some of our featured high-level items include:

ü  A variety of tools (1/2 impact wrench, chargers, batteries, and tool sets), all will make great Holiday gifts

ü  A 3 night stay at Las Vegas, Orlando, or Miami (you pick the dates and place of your choice)

ü  A handmade authentically worn plow converted into a unique coffee table, donated by the Chateaugay Central FFA Chapter Coffee Table donated by Chateaugay Central FFA Chapter

 

ü  An Amish Rocker

ü  IZZO Golf Bag

We also have wonderful baskets of chocolate, apparel from our Foundation supporters, maple syrup, pictures, blankets, and many other items!

New York Farm Bureau Foundation for Agricultural Education (NYFBFAE) is a 501 C (3) corporation, all contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. All contributions will be recognized in the Auction catalog and on the tables of the silent auction, unless you specifically request to remain anonymous. Remember, alcohol beverages cannot be a part of the auction, but popular alternatives are gift certificates from wineries or breweries, which are acceptable to auction.

Donated by the New York Wine & Culinary Center - a three course gourmet dinner package, including wine, for 2 (we have 6 sets to auction off). Minimum value: $167 per dinner

Donated by Wyoming County Farm Bureau, a personalized guitar signed by Josh Turner, Sara Evans, Kellie Pickler, Jimmy Wayne, Phil Vasser, and Bucky Covinton.              Value $200.00 +

ITEM # 3 & 4

Donated by Ryan Williamson and Fishin' Magician, a 5 hour fishing charter with Ryan Williamson and Fishin' Magician in Sodus Point, NY for a group of four. Value $400.00

Donated by Cazenovia Equipment of Cortland, a John Deere Pedal Tractor. Value $100.00

ITEM # 5

Donated by the NY FFA Training Foundation, a team building leadership retreat on the NY FFA Training Foundation TEAM Challenge ropes course at Oswegatchie.  You can go to www.oswegatchie.org to learn more about this program.  This would be ideal for either youth or adult groups.
